Located in the beautiful south of France just 5 minutes from the motorway exit from Paris and 30 minutes from Beziers or Montpellier by expressway.
Built in stone facing south, surrounded by nature and forest, a private river runs through the 10,000 m² plot.
There are currently 3 apartments of 120 m² fully functional, one occupied by the owners.
Everything is already furnished and decorated in a sleek style to bring immediate comfort and a feeling of well-being to our guests.
A travertine stone summer kitchen is located in the garden with built-in barbecue and wood burning stove.
It was extended by a wooden terrace of 40 m² that was built on pylons 7 m high to create the impression of being at the height of the treetops.
Behind the terrace is a children’s play house with a fenced area and swings.
Many large spaces in the middle of old rooms of the Watermill, will be arranged later. Their access is forbidden for the moment.

Apartment “earth” in the DRC
This apartment has been designed in a Scandinavian spirit tinged with industrial notes which can be found in exposed electrical installations and lighting.
This is taking advantage of the particularity of the place, which was partially allocated to the storage of wine in a tank whose wrought iron door has been restored and gives a small opening on the room “hidden” children from the living room.
The other two rooms have a direct view of the terraces and the river running below.
Large spaces are available, including a large dressing room overlooking one of the bedrooms of the apartment.

This apartment overlooks the river of more than 4 floors, it offers a clear view on the mountain and the forest. No house, no light nuisance, the stars shine and the sound of the river breaks the silence to rock you!
