Activities to do at the cottage

The stone terrace, barbecue and stove

The wooden terrace between river and canopy

The wooden terrace, veritable solarium, and the shady terraced gardens are an area of over 500 m2 dedicated to idleness with deckchairs, hammocks … not to mention the breathtaking view of the river and the forest.

All along the river, you will find small sandy beaches or corners on the rocks to relax your feet in the water. Fishing is allowed only in no-kill for tenants.

No vis-à-vis, the sound of the river and cicadas! Relaxation assured!

The “blue lagoon”

The “Blue Lagoon” is where you can swim and jump in the deep turquoise blue waters among the rocks. Depending on the movements of the river in winter, a beach of small pebbles is formed in the middle of the river to allow you a soothing nap!

Bathing in the river

The colors have nothing to envy to the tropics waters!

The fenced garden for children

A river can be a source of worry for couples with children.

At the highest of the terraces, behind the travertine stone terrace, there is a completely fenced “child” area where children can play safely.

Wooden house, sandpit and swings promise many hours of games and fun in the middle of the greenery and away from the stress of the city, ideal for their development!

There is access to the stone terrace. A barrier is provided at the end of the wooden deck, so that children can go back to their parents at the barbecue meal!

Common areas

The wooden terrace is a convivial meeting place with the tenants of the second apartment and the owners.

The garden, children’s corner and the river are all common areas to share.

Biker friends:

Many trips are possible for you from the cottage.

To the south, you can go down to Béziers, Clermont l’Hérault with the circus of Mourèze and the lake of Salagou for instance.

To the east, you can take the mountain roads to the Circus de Navacelle to Ganges or turn to Arboras and the windward pass to Saint-André de Sangonis.

If you choose the north, through Le Caylar you arrive in Watermillau and even to Clermont-Ferrand if the heart tells you.

To the west you have the small roads that pass to Lodève, Avène and you can reach Bédarieux to return to Clermont L’Hérault.

Many loops are possible according to your desires (mountain, free highway, or small roads). A website is being created to allow you to share your trips and comments online.
